The Koretsky castle is located above the river Korchik and was built under Prince Fyodor Ostrozhsky. The construction of the castle began in 1386; it was surrounded on all sides by a moat and performed a defensive function. In the XVII-XVIII centuries, construction work was carried out in the castle in order to give it the appearance of a princely palace. After the Polish uprising, the residence of the Koretsky princes burned down and has not been restored since then. Today, only the tower and the ruins of a two-story building remain from the castle complex.
