The landscape alley is a pedestrian road and a recreation area located in the historical part of Kyiv Upper Town. The alley was founded in the early 1980s and originates from the observation deck of the National Museum of the History of Ukraine. The area of the alley is about 1.5 hectares, it stretches all the way to Bolshaya Zhitomirskaya Street. There is a children's park with benches, several fountains, the landscape is decorated with park sculptures by the famous artist Konstantin Skretutsky.

well. You can really feel the spirit of Kyiv: an old alley, children's old but well-groomed playgrounds, a lot of interesting things for children, such as: a free telescope overlooking the city, a glucophonist, guitarists playing songs in the spirit of the 90s, like Nikolsky. Lots of places for beautiful photos. We also filmed a short video of our excursion, which will definitely help to feel what we felt. All in all - great!

Now it is not really a pedestrian zone. There are many Art objects here, each playground is a separate fairy-tale world. One of the few alleys where you can get not only at the beginning or end. I especially admired the balance shop, there are many shops there. At the beginning of the alley there is a centipede cat and a statue of a little prince. And along the entire length of the angels on the pillows

A very interesting place, my children really liked to sit in the "mouths" of fabulous animals, recognize the characters of fairy tales and cartoons, play hide and seek near the Blue Cat. I myself was interested in looking at the funny expositions, which are very numerous throughout the Landscape Alley. For those who want to see something new and unusual in Kyiv, I recommend taking a walk along this alley. But there are, of course, downsides. Apparently, no one is looking after the state of the exhibits, therefore the mosaic falls off and some details are missing, and in the evenings at the beginning of the alley probably not quite decent companies often gather, I had such an assumption, since we arrived at Landscape Alley in the early morning and saw a lot characteristic debris that the janitors have not yet had time to remove.

In the very center of Kyiv, residents in 2009 were able to create an amazing fairy tale park. What for? You ask ...And in this way they were able to save the historical center of Kyiv from development (apparently with VIP houses). People spent their money, attracted patrons and won! We won beautifully! This territory belongs to the historical and cultural reserve "Ancient Kyiv", and has recently been patronized by UNESCO. From here, amazing views of the entire Podil, the Dnieper and the Left Bank of Kyiv open up.
