The monument to Prince Vladimir rises on Vladimirskaya Gorka. It was installed in 1853 and has been one of the symbols of the city ever since. An eight-meter bronze figure of a prince with a cross stands on a cast-iron pedestal facing the Dnieper. This cross is electrically illuminated and can be seen even from the opposite bank. And the pedestal of the monument has a rich artistic design.
