The Museum of the Soviet Occupation is located in the Goloseevsky district of the city, not far from
Goloseevsky Park. It was opened in 2001 as the exposition "Not to Be Forgotten: A Chronicle of the Communist Inquisition", and in 2007 it received its current name. The museum presents archival documents, books, photographs and video materials of 1917-1991, which are located in three halls.
