The Palace of Sports is located in the city center and is the main sports complex in Kyiv. It was built in 1960 and has a total area of ​​over 10,000 square meters. After the reconstruction in 2011, the palace can accommodate 6800 spectators. But the arena lives not only with sporting events: many world pop stars gave concerts here, and in 2005 the palace hosted Eurovision.
