The castle bridge in Kamianets-Podilskyi is considered one of the seven wonders of the city - it is an architectural monument of national importance. The buildings are popularly called the Turkish Bridge. Today it is a solid stone wall connecting the city with the Old Castle. Now it bears little resemblance to a bridge, more like a dam. But about half a thousand years ago it was a bridge where two carts could not turn around. The first mention of the bridge in 1494. According to the hypothesis of architects-restorers, the bridge was built by the Romans in the early 2nd century.→
