The Armenian Church of the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary is located in the village of Zhvanets, not far from
Zhvanets Castle. It was built in 1699 by Armenian settlers and served as a fortress. At the end of the 18th century, the church was burned down and then rebuilt in the late Baroque style. The main facade of the building is decorated with carved compositions, and 12 loopholes have been preserved on the southwestern wall.
