After the first hour, the children liked it and the wife asked the administrator to pay 150 UAH. to stay until the end of the day (such a season ticket for 3 people costs 540 UAH. ) But the administrator refused, as if she could not conduct such an operation and offered after 2 hours to pay for the whole day - 540 UAH. (Then why pay for the first 2 hours? !! ). The administrator and the security guard, without releasing his wife and children, began to demand UAH 255 from them. additionally for the time they were in the locker room, although at the entrance to the Aquapark the administrator did not warn that the time in the locker room is the time for which the money is paid (2 hours). The wife was forced to pay 255 hryvnias. administrator, the child's birthday was ruined. We will never come to this "institution" again because you do not know why you will be robbed of money here and how much. Dear management of the Aquapark, thus scaring away visitors with the actions of their administrators, the popularity of the institution and financial revenues will not gain.
