We visited the Askania-Nova Reserve with my family on August 20.2017. Despite the very long distance and the duration of the trip in one direction about 14 hours, were extremely pleased. The arboretum is very clean, many interesting plants, in hot weather you can hide from the sun. In the zoo, all the animals and birds look good, approach people to communicate. My little one really liked peacocks and peacocks, they looked just gorgeous. Excursion to the animals in the steppe - made an incredible impression on us. Many thanks to the large staff of the reserve for their work. We recommend everyone to visit the new Askania, and especially if you have children.
