The Kulikovsky estate is a monument of the estate architecture of the early 19th century in the style of Russian classicism, located in the village of Rakitnoye, located on the left bank of the river. Mzha. The manor with a palace and a park on the banks of a pond and an oak grove was founded at the end of the 18th century by the Kharkov colonel Matvey Kulikovsky, his son Mikhail Kulikovsky at the beginning of the 19th century erected a new estate - a cozy one-story house with a colonnade of six columns in the Doric style, loggias, windows of elongated proportions . An outbuilding, a stable, a kennel and a poultry house, a greenhouse and a water mill were built on the estate.
Until our time, only the main house has been preserved, which in the 1950s was built on one floor. The building of the former estate houses the Rakitnensky Agrarian Lyceum, whose teachers and students are trying to maintain the building in good condition.
