Kharkov Children's Railway was opened in 1940. It is 3.6 km long and consists of two stations — Park and Lesopark (located in Gorky Park and Lesopark respectively). In 2000, as part of the reconstruction, the Memorial platform was built. The road operates from the beginning of May to the end of October: in spring and autumn - on weekends, and in summer - every day except Monday and Tuesday.
