Blagoveshchensky Bazaar is the central Kharkov market. It has been known since the beginning of the 19th century, and got its name from the nearby
Annunciation Cathedral (in those days, the bazaar surrounded the old wooden Church of the Annunciation). Now it is a well-maintained city market, the last reconstruction of which began in 2014. The bazaar has a good transport interchange: it can be easily reached from anywhere in the city.
