The castle, unfortunately, is very poorly preserved. We can only imagine how brilliant he was if he was admired by Honore de Balzac and Adam Mickiewicz, Yaroslav Hasek and Tadeusz Kosciuszko, alas…. For five centuries, not a single enemy could take the impregnable castle. But already in the First World War, the Austrians bombed it with cannons, the Poles restored it a little, then the Second World War, and from 1950 to the 90s a military unit was based there. What they can, they restore. The visit will take 2-3 hours.→
