Holy Trinity Cathedral
Trinity Cathedral
Ukraine, Dnipro
The Holy Trinity Cathedral is located in the very center of the city and is one of its symbols. It was built in the middle of the 19th century in the classical Orthodox style and immediately became the main temple of the city. In 1930, it was closed by the Bolsheviks, but 11 years later, it resumed work again. Many Orthodox shrines are kept in the cathedral, among which the icon of the Samara Mother of God occupies a special place.
