The Yavornitsky House Museum is located in the city center near the Potemkin Palace. It was founded in 1988. The museum is dedicated to the memory of the outstanding historian and archaeologist Dmitry Yavornitsky. Here the working environment of the scientist is recreated, his manuscripts and historical documents are collected. The house-museum is a branch of the Dnepropetrovsk Historical Museum.
