Castle Hill is a hill located in the center of the city. At the beginning of the 16th century, the Chigirin fortress was built here, which played an important role a century and a half later in the wars with the Turks and Poles. At the beginning of the 19th century, the fortress was dismantled, and later a cozy park was laid on this site. At the top of the mountain there is a monument to Bogdan Khmelnitsky.
