The Town Hall is the most prominent building in the central square of Chernivtsi. The town hall was being built on the eve of the European revolution, everything was swinging. Or maybe that's why there are such strong, massive walls here, to show that Austria stands firmly, does not sway. In addition to having to endure, to hold the weight of a 50-meter tower, the walls had to influence the subconscious of citizens, evoke in them a feeling of stability, reliability and strength.
