The monument to the plumber is located on Primorskaya Square, not far from the monument to the Bull-breadwinner. It was installed in 2003. The monument represents a plumber climbing out of a manhole, holding a wrench and looking thoughtfully into the sky. Locals and tourists like to put a cigarette in his lips, "giving him a light."
