The Monument to Summer Residents is located on Truda Avenue, north of the Monument to the Children of Lieutenant Schmidt. It was opened in 2005 on the Gardener's and Gardener's Day. The sculptural composition depicts a bent man and woman collecting garden pests - the Colorado potato beetles on the sculpture look disproportionately large. Citizens often bring vegetables and fruits to the monument.
