The water mill is located in the village of Gorodishche-Pustovarovskoye, south of the White Church. It was built in the second half of the 19th century by a large magnate Podgorsky, who also owned a sugar factory. The complex consists of two buildings on the banks of the Ros, connected by a dam. One of the buildings is partially destroyed, while the other is still used for its intended purpose.
