Metro in Istanbul, mostly elevated, in the form of trams. The branches belong to different owners who did not agree, so the transfers are not always convenient, and you always have to pay again. The fare is 4 lira ($1.3), and if with the Istanbul Card, then about 2.2 lira ($0.8). Trams are comfortable, cover the entire central part, and also go to Ataturk Airport. They go often, they don't go fast, you have time to see the surroundings. The last peep is a full-fledged metro that runs in a tunnel under the Bosphorus, launched quite recently (2013).→
