The place Ilydzha, located fifteen kilometers from the city of Erzurum, is a fairly developed thermal center. Ylydzha, in which beautiful beaches stretch, is also known for the fact that it is here that unique warm springs beat into the sea, the total number of which exceeds two hundred and fifty.
In 2008, Ilica was renamed Azizie. Ylydzha in Turkish means "warm water". In the past, the sanatorium facilities available here were called Topan. Another name for this geothermal spring is Ylydzhakoy.
The water temperature of this geothermal spring is 38 degrees.
