Like all tourists, my husband and I came in a great mood to see a fur coat and a jacket. I will not repeat myself about the inflated prices for European tourists and how they give you a discount, all this is a lie and in the end you buy a product no more than its real value. But that wasn't what angered me. In general, having chosen a fur coat for themselves, even in the store they found a marriage in it. The so-called owner said that he would order the same one for me at a factory in Istanbul, a new one would arrive and I would pick it up. We paid for the goods (this was our gross mistake, since we had never encountered such deceivers before) and went to the hotel. The next day, the manager called us and said that the fur coat is already in the store and you can pick it up. This alerted me, as, roughly speaking, during the night they brought a fur coat from Istanbul for me personally. And my intuition did not fail me. We come to the store, they take out my fur coat for me, I measure it and understand that it is big, that is, they just brought me a different size.
They make a fool of me and say that no, they brought a new one from the factory. I show the size tag to the manager and say that I understand numbers. After that, he takes the fur coat and brings the same one with the tag cut off. It's just a joke. I ask you to invite me to the store manager to explain this whole situation to me. As a result, the so-called director turned out to be an even greater deceiver than all their managers were taken. He said that my new people do not understand the work and therefore they messed up with fur coats. I ask him to show me for comparison the fur coat that I chose yesterday and that they brought a new one of the same size. They take a larger coat, tag a smaller one on it, and bring it to me. But the size has not actually decreased. As a result, there are no managers or directors, and they came to us already when there were no people in the store, without showing me a fur coat for comparison.
After I was already tired of the fact that no one came up to you for several hours and hung noodles, I told them that I did not want to take the goods with a request to return my money. To which the manager told me that no one will return the money to you, take the fur coat that they gave you (that is, one size larger) and this is all in plain text. The only thing I want to say is worthless to all these "directors" of this store. He is not a director, but a real huckster, and with such low human values. So blatantly deceiving people for the sake of profit is a SHAME. I’ll even say more after this, I don’t even want to fly to Turkey to rest.
