The Zaouia Zakkak Minaret is located near the Ribat Fortress. It was built in the 17th century. The magnificent octagonal building, made in the traditional Arabic style, is decorated with blue-green stone. The interior of the minaret is also rich, but only Muslim visitors are allowed inside.
