The oldest temple in Phuket. It was built on the site of the Battle of Thalang in 1795, during the expulsion of the Burmese. The temple has a second name - "Temple of the White Blood." According to legend, during the battle of Thalang, one of the wounded women was bleeding white blood.

One of the halls is dedicated to this particular event - the temple hall of ordination, where rituals of white magic are held, for example, the consecration of weapons.

The architecture of the temple is very simple. The temple has no windows and an emergency entrance. Inside the temple is decorated with golden foil leaves and small bells. On the walls of the temple are paintings by local artists. Most of the works are devoted to events significant for the Thai people: the history of Phuket, the fall of the kingdom of Ayutthaya, the legend of the Golden Buddha.

In the temple, you can see three thousand-year-old Buddha statues. The statues were made of tin when it was considered a precious metal. In the stomachs of the statues are small statues, which is why they are also called - "Monks in the stomach" or "Three Kings".

Outside, the temple is surrounded by pillars with Buddhist sayings in Thai and English.
