Khao Rang is one of the two city hills (western), on top of which there is an observation deck overlooking Phuket Town and the southeastern part of the island. There are 3 narrow winding roads leading to the top. On one of them (Khao Rang Street) there is a Thai Buddhist temple, in which a large statue of a seated Buddha is installed on a dais. At the top of the hill there is a fitness park, a monument to Ko Sim Bi, 2 shops, 2 cafes with outdoor terraces.
