When we were brought on a tour of the cashew factory, I thought that the factory is such a production with workshops, workers and machines. In fact, the "cashew factory" is a small trading floor, where the process of processing the nut is shown right there by a woman sitting somewhere between the trading shelves in the corner. A woman, using a special apparatus resembling a crusher, extracts a nut from the shell, and immediately dries it in a large oven. All this is done so that after trying nuts in various spices, seasonings and sweets, grateful tourists buy more boxes from the window for souvenirs.→
