The romantic Church of St. Elizabeth is located outside the historic center of Bratislava, but can be reached on foot in twenty minutes. Locals affectionately call this Catholic church the "Blue Church". It is often used for weddings, so you should not come here on Saturday, so as not to interfere with someone else's celebration. The church in the Art Nouveau style was built at the insistence of Countess GM Sapar near the Old Bridge in 1909-1913. But the urban legend says otherwise. It is rumored that this church was founded by Emperor Franz Joseph, mourning his senseless death at the hands of the murderer's wife Sisi.→
