In the western part of Zupna Square is the Church of St. Stephen - a church built by the Capuchin Order. Capuchin monks first arrived in Bratislava from Austria in 1676. At first, they settled on Michalska Street and used the chapel of St. Catherine for their worship. In 1711 a monastery and a church consecrated in the name of St. Stephen were built on the triangular square. The church was rebuilt several times. In 1860 the church appeared before the parishioners in the form in which we see it today.→
