Al-Jinn Mosque is 24 km away. from Mecca, it is the starting point of the Hajj for the people of Mecca. This mosque was also called the "Mosque of the Jinn" and the "Mosque of the Oath", as it was built on the site where, according to legend, a group of jinn gathered to listen to the recitation of the Holy Quran and swore allegiance to the Prophet Muhammad and Allah.
