The Monastery of the Holy Royal Passion-Bearers on the site of abandoned mines near Yekaterinburg called Ganina Yama was founded on October 1.2000. Here, after a long search, the remains of seven members of the royal family killed in July 1918, their entourage, a servant and a doctor were found. In July 1918, they tried to destroy the remains with fire and acid, but they managed to identify the found part of the remains, although disputes do not subside to this day. The first Poklonny Cross was erected on the site of Mine No.→
