Mount Yurma on the border of the Southern and Middle Urals also stands on the border of Europe and Asia. The delimitation of Europe and Asia along the Ural mountain range - the Stone Belt was most likely proposed by Tatishchev, although the proposal of the Swede Stralenberg, who, being captured in the war of Peter the Great with Sweden for Russia's access to the Baltic, was attracted by Tatishchev himself as an assistant during the latter's service, is more famous in the Urals, and after the liberation, the Swede published the information received in captivity on his own behalf.→
