Walking along Rossio Square and its surroundings, it is easy to miss the Church of St. Dominic with its unpretentious, austere facade. The history of this church begins in the 13th century, when it was part of a Dominican monastery. Later, the temple became the center of the Inquisition, courts were held here and death sentences were pronounced.→
