Every year, the holy city of Fatima receives hundreds of thousands of believers and pilgrims from all over the world. Especially a lot of them come to the solemn processions in honor of the appearance of the Virgin Mary. And since the Basilica of the Holy Virgin of the Rosary was unable to accommodate a huge number of believers (it is designed for only 900 people), it was decided to build a new temple for pilgrims. In 2004, at the opposite end of the square from the Basilica, they began to build a modern church with funds raised from the donations of believers.→
