Walking slowly through the small, but so pleasant and beautiful town of Braga, you will certainly see a church with an unusually decorated facade - this is the Church of the Holy Cross. Its construction began in the 17th century. with the blessing of Archbishop Afonso Furtado de Mendoza and lasted more than a hundred years, which adversely affected the condition of the building. As a result of the subsequent reconstruction, the church underwent significant changes and took the form that we can observe today.→
