The Skladovskoy-Curie House Museum is dedicated to the life and scientific work of the only female scientist, twice Nobel laureate in physics and chemistry. Maria Skladowska-Curie entered the history of science as the discoverer of chemical elements: radium and polonium, the latter named after her native country - Poland. The museum is located in a house in the "
Old Town" area of Warsaw, where Maria was once born. The museum collection includes: working tools of a scientist, a stylized laboratory, personal and memorabilia, a collection of photographs, as well as wardrobe items.
