The Museum of Pharmacy was opened in 1946 and is dedicated to the history of pharmacy and pharmaceutical technology. The museum is housed in a building on
Florianskaya Street and occupies all 5 floors, including the basement and the attic. The museum exposition reflects the path of development of Polish and European pharmaceutics, and also tells about some of the outstanding Polish pharmacists. Here are old recipes and books, signs of the oldest pharmacies in Poland, signatures, medical furniture, pharmacy utensils (flasks, jars, retorts), various forms of medicines, scales and much more.
