The Reformed appeared in Poland in 1622. Their first church, built in 1640, was burned during the Swedish invasion of 1655. In 1658, the Reformers settled on what is now Reformatska Street, in an estate donated by the Cracow castellan Stanisł aw Warszycki. In 1666 the cornerstone of the new church was consecrated, and in 1672 the construction of the Baroque church was completed. In the upper part of the facade there are three shallow niches with bas-reliefs of Saints Kazimierz, Anthony and Peter of Alcantara.→
