San Francisco Monastery and Church is an architectural complex located east of Arms Square. The church and monastery were built by the Spaniards in the middle of the 16th century, destroyed by an earthquake in 1655, and rebuilt at the beginning of the 18th century. The complex was created in neoclassical style, the church is decorated with elegant bas-reliefs. The Monastery of San Francisco is known for its rich library.
