The Eternal Flame of the World is a sculptural composition located in the
Aker Brygge embankment area in the center of the Norwegian capital. The bronze monument, symbolizing eternal peace and tranquility, was presented to the city by the founder of the modern religious movement - Sri Chinma. After his death, similar monuments were erected by adherents of Sri Chinmoy's teachings in various countries of the world:
