The Bergen Fish Market is a traditional place where fishermen have been selling their fresh catch for years. The fishing day here starts at 7 am. The market itself is small, but with a very diverse assortment. Here you can dine with fish cooked in front of your eyes, or you can pack it in a vacuum and take your favorite specimens with you. Attention! Salmon in a vacuum lives no more than 7 days, whale meat no more than 10 days. Vendors actively offer to try everything. Honestly, I still remember the taste of salmon for 499 crowns (about 62 euros) - their salmon has nothing to do with our store-bought salmon.→
