Waterfall Seven Wells
Telaga Tujuh, Telaga Tujuh Waterfalls, Seven Wells
Malaysia, Langkawi
The waterfall got its name because of the seven streams that, flowing down from the mountains, punched seven small lakes-wells in the rock, from which water flows into one large one and falls from a thirty-meter height. You can climb the stone steps to the upper platform, but climbing is quite high and difficult. Local legend says that it is here that fairies come down from the mountains to bathe and wash their long hair.
