The gallery is located in a large two-story building 10 kilometers from Kuah. Despite the name, this is not exactly a gallery with paintings or other works of artists on display. In fact, this is a museum, the exhibits of which are gifts and souvenirs from around the world, once presented to the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dr. Mohatir Mohamad. All these gifts the Prime Minister collected and founded the gallery, taking none of the gifts for himself.
