The Sepang International Circuit is used for the Malaysian Formula 1 Grand Prix, Formula A1 and major motorcycle races. The circuit was designed by Hermann Tilke and was the first in a series of new circuits in Asia to host Formula 1 racing.
The length of the main route is 5.54 km. There are also small configurations using part of the main track - 2.71 km and 6 turns and 2.61 km and 8 turns.
