One of the most famous and picturesque beaches in Montenegro. "It is this beach that has always been a favorite vacation spot for the nomenklatura of Yugoslavia: from Alexander I Karageorgievich to Joseph Broz Tito.

Since 2007, it has been leased to a company that manages the restoration and use of the island-hotel Sveti Stefan. Only partially open to non-guests of the hotel.

Feeling unreal beauty
We were on the royal beach in the third decade of September 2021, during a walk from Sveti Stefan to Budva. The beach has become free, umbrellas, sunbeds have been removed and there is no infrastructure around (cafes, toilets, etc. ). Maybe that's why there were practically no people there, but for lovers of beauty and solitude, the place is simply wonderful.→

Not only the beach, but also the park: for walks at sunset
The beach is also called Milocer after the name of the village. The beach itself is heavily paid: in 2015, for an umbrella and 2 sunbeds 75 euros (this is not a typo), so in fact it serves the guests of the Milocer Palace Hotel. Nearby is a beautiful park, spread over many hectares with numerous plant species (cypresses, cherry laurels, pines), the park has wonderful air, and at sunset, amazing views open up from the beach and adjacent rocks! In the evenings, we often walked around Milocer until dark and even after it.→
