You have to go to Negushi on an empty stomach, that's for sure. Because you risk not trying everything, but there is something to try! The villagers live by subsistence farming. They keep livestock, grow grapes, make cheese, dry meat, and beekeeping. Therefore, in almost every house there is "Sushara". This is the name of the room where dried meat is stored - "prosciutto". The meat is delicious in taste, with thin streaks of fat, with a mild smoked flavor. Homemade cheese is beyond praise, I am generally a big fan of cheeses, and I especially liked this one.→
