Majori Beach stretches along the eponymous central part of the resort town of Jurmala on the Baltic Sea. Wide, about 80 meters, with golden sand and a smooth entrance to the water, the beach is attractive for families with children. Pine trees rise directly to the beach, in combination with the sea, forming an amazing air. Maiori is one of the best beaches in the Baltics, awarded the Blue Flag along with three other beaches in Jurmala.
The beach is equipped with changing cabins, benches, volleyball and football grounds, water equipment rental. Numerous beach cafes are open here. The snow-white 11-storey building of the Jurmala Spa Hotel rises above the beach, where you can order Spa treatments. Also on Maiori there is a two-story building with a turret of the former resort clinic, built in 1911, known from numerous photographs of this part of the beach. Read completely ↓
