Castel San Pietro is located a little away from the central and tourist part of the city, on the other side of the Adige River. I climbed the mountain on foot, using the stairs. All for the sake of the promised and previously deducted on the Internet "...stunning views of Verona. " It did not work out very well with the "stunning" ones, because in reality most of the views of the city are densely covered with tall evergreen cypresses. But it's definitely worth the climb! Verona at night is beautiful.→
