Cathedral of Santi Giovanni e Paolo

The Cathedral of Santi Giovanni e Paolo is located in the square of the same name next to the Scuola San Marco building. It was erected in 1430 and dedicated to the holy martyrs John and Paul. The interior of the red-brick Gothic building is a masterpiece of medieval art: bronze statues, colored stained-glass windows, canvases, a richly decorated altar.
