Al Gatto Nero Da Ruggero is a seafood restaurant located on Burano, a remote part of Venice. It was opened in 1946, and in 1965 Ruggero Bovo became the owner. Since then, Al Gatto Nero has become one of the most famous in Venice, and few people are left indifferent to the highest quality seafood.

Delicious
How glad I was that we went to this restaurant. I didn’t read any reviews, I just got hungry and went to a decent restaurant for lunch. The restaurant is very cozy. Pictures hang on the walls, the hall is decorated with statuettes. I ordered cuttlefish in ink sauce. Very original served and it was cooked divinely. You will not regret if you get there.→

Eat sea creatures.
We came across this restaurant by accident. I didn’t read any reviews, I just got hungry and went to a decent restaurant for lunch. Imagine my surprise when I found out that this is one of the best restaurants on the island and they serve excellent risotto and seafood here. The name of the restaurant is translated as "Black Cat". Inside there is a cozy interior, pictures, tablecloths, figurines. Here I ordered two plates of sea reptiles, and a friend took cuttlefish in ink sauce. Excellent cooking, original presentation, only cuttlefish paints the mouth and lips blue, keep in mind : ) The restaurant is a must visit for all lovers of Italian cuisine and seafood!.→
